With the dryness of the eggs and the plainness of the ham, I don't see myself eating this again. Both sausage and bacon in the other two cups are very flavorful and add a lot of flavor to things, but this is just plain ham. This was actually my least favorite of the three. It was just the texture that I wasn't a big fan of. I wish the potatoes were crisper, more like hash browns, rather than mushier, more like mashed potatoes, but they didn't taste bad.I could taste all the ingredients in all three of the packages, but the meat flavor was usually the strongest flavor, followed by the peppers and eggs. This is likely why they tell you on the packaging to make sure not to overcook it since overcooking would likely make it very dry. We didn't try this ourselves, but think it might be a good idea. He and I both recommend adding a little milk if possible before you microwave it to hopefully add a little moisture to it. Not unbearably dry, but drier than most omelettes are. The thing we both agreed on was that the whole thing was pretty dry.He added salt and pepper to his bites and enjoyed it much better that way. Hot sauce might have been nice, but we didn't have any, and I found I didn't need it at all to be interested in what I was eating. The part that amazed me was that none of them needed flavoring of any kind.Your mileage may vary, so follow their instructions!

They tell you to be careful when handling it out of the microwave, and you do need to be careful, but I found myself able to carry it without a potholder, even though it warmed my hands up quite a lot. Another thing I liked about the package was that it was able to absorb a lot of the heat. The meat and cheese, in fact, looked fairly appetizing, like I could eat them cold, right out of the packages, The vegetables were a little gross and watery looking, but they taste just fine after being heated up. For some reason, I thought the packaging would be all weird and the food might be dehydrated, but it wasn't.

Like if you are a vegetarian, don't add the meat or if you are low carb, don't add the potato/vegetable mixture. That way if you have certain diet restrictions, you can leave certain things out.
